The Nurse Practitioner Council of the Treasure Coast (NPCTC) is celebrating Nurse Practitioner Week with a special event on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10:00AM until 2:00PM at the St Lucie Trail Golf Club in the Lakeview Terrace ballroom. This venue is located at 951 SW Country Club Drive, Port St Lucie, FL 34986. We are expecting to have 50 - 75 attendees at this event, which features a nationally recognized speaker, Dr. Mimi Secor, DNP FNP-BC FAANP FAAN, and an NP Week Proclamation by our local government leaders!

This is an excellent opportunity to disseminate the latest information and updates on pharmaceutical products, devices, programs, services, and offerings.  As a valued exhibitor/vendor partner, you are invited to participate. We look forward to your support for our Nurse Practitioner Week Event.  We value our Sponsors and want our attendees to have optimal exposure to your products and services.  We will have a limited number of spaces available for exhibitors/vendors to achieve this objective.  The cost for the space/table at this conference is priced at the special early-bird rate of $500 and includes one (1) representative.  Additional representatives may be added for an aditional fee.  Lunch is included.

We have two opportunities for exclusive Platinum sponsorship:  Morning Coffee Networking (with Mimosas as an option) and the NP Week Celebration Luncheon. Both will include recognition as a Platinum sponsor in our program and on the event website, logo included on all printed materials, plus repeated exposure throughout the program.  Additionally, you will be provided a no additional charge an exhibitor table in prime location maximizing interaction with attendees.  Up to two representatives may attend with lunch included. CANCELLATION: Full refunds will be granted less a 25% processing fee for space cancelled. All refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked on or before October 1, 2024. No refunds will be granted for display space or advertisements canceled after October 1, 2024.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event NPCTC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the 2024 NP Week event for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, Covid-19 or other circumstances beyond NPCTC's control, NPCTC's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid minus any fees incurred by NPCTC.

DISCLAIMER: NPCTC reserves the right to determine type of product and vendor space requirements and or accommodations. Specifically, NPCTC reserves the right to review accept and or decline any and all vendor applications to ensure congruency with the mission and purpose of the event, or if duplication of product vendors or if space becomes limited. As well, NPCTC does not guarantee an amount of expected sales for any vendors who may be selling products.  

I understand that a vendor contract is not approved to exhibit at the NPCTC 2024 NP Week event until a confirmation email has been received that the product has been reviewed, payment has been processed and NPCTC has approved vendor application. 

Exhibitors and Vendors agree to all rules and regulations set by NPCTC and understand that my company will be asked to leave, at the discretion of NPCTC officers/directors, if any rules or regulations are not followed.

Contribu­tions to civic leagues or other section 501(c)(4) organizations generally are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. They may be deductible as trade or business expenses, if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer's business.
