Currently, I practice at Spine and Orthopedic Specialists of Southern Florida. I specialize in assessment and treatment plan development for patients with acute spinal and/or orthopedic issues. I coordinate with the physician on-site for joint injections, spinal medial branch blocks, epidural steroid injections, and radiofrequency ablation. I also coordinate with the surgeons for patients that need surgical interventions. I also run my own contract company with a local Dermatologist where I practice aesthetics utilizing dermal fillers, Botox, and PDO threads. These treatment plans are unique and special for each client.

I’m a diabetes educator and adult NP

Small office seeing patients with cardiac, pulmonary, and critical care illnesses. We do some primary care, but mainly adult specialty care. Spend time doing a complete history and examining our patients.

We are a 1 physician and 1 NP practice. We manage our practice as well. We spend time with our patients. Any student with me will learn not only good history taking, but get a lot of experience with physical exams especially of pulmonary and cardiac pathology. Students will also experience and learn about many important practice issues such as billing and coding, MIPS/quality metrics, and other general considerations when going into practice such as insurance credentialing, OSHA, HIPPA, and OIG compliance. A very rounded experience that will be needed if a student is thinking about independent practice and not planning on working for a large group that takes care of everything for the provider.

SNF and Long Term Care Facility

Provide acute, and chronic disease and disorders management for adult and geriatric patients. Great experience for students who has completed Health Assessment.

House Calls, Primary Care, Hospitalist

I own my company Mbile Medical Associates. I make medical house calls to home bound patients, work as a hospitalists, and do primary care in the office setting. Fall of 2012 is not a good time as we were accepted into a Medicare research project and its overwhelming.
