"NP Super Walk" on July 26 for Sen Thad Altman's re-election campaign in Melbourne

Urgent need for people to help with a re-election campaign for Sen Thad Altman. The Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners lobbyist Chris Floyd is in charge of Thad's re-election campaign. He has scheduled an "NP Super Walk" on July 26 at election head quarters in Melbourne from 8:30-11:30 am. Even if you are not able to walk, we can use drivers with 2 walkers per driver. Some can also stay in the campaign office and make calls for the duration. We have a script of hot topics.

Why is this important? Because many republican leaders from across the state will be there walking as well. If we can muster a large group, say 30-40 (Laurie wants 50 from our area!!!!), to walk for Sen Altman it will show the leadership that we matter and we care. It does not just have to be NPs who walk, anyone can go to walk so your spouse, sister, brother, friend, whoever you can get to help walk on behalf of the NPs will make a difference.
