Need physician support for SB 1352 by this Tuesday

The FMA is sending the attached notice to physicians. In addition to sending our own emails, we need to have our physicians send emails or fax letters to the Senate Health Policy Committee before next Tuesday 3/25. This bill is on the Committee agenda at 2pm.

It can be a brief message such as:

Dear Senator_____,

I am a Florida physician and I support SB 1352 Health Care Practitioners, which would allow nurse practitioners to prescribe medically necessary controlled substances and initiate Baker Acts. Please vote YES for SB 1352.
