Health First is seeking an experienced APP to join our NEW Colorectal Program at Health First Medical Group in Melbourne, FL.

Position Highlights:

• Partner in the development of a new practice, collaborating with colorectal surgeons and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) including inpatient rounding for post-operative recovery.
• Manage office-based practice call only.
• Focus on in-office procedures, including rubber band ligation and anorectal manometry.
• Provide longitudinal care for chronic patients with an emphasis on building long-term relationships.
• Minimum 1–2 years of surgical or inpatient APP experience required; colorectal or general surgery background preferred.
• Must possess an active Florida Medical License.

Work Experience

• Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Active or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida
• National certification appropriate to licensure and role
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Case and/or procedure logs available for credentialing
