*Ability to build effective and trusting relationships with behavioral health group,, management staff and all employees including medical and dental professional staff

*Ability to lead, plan and manage change

*Engages others for successful planning and management

*Experience with community health centers is highly desired, FQHC experience preferred Experience working with volunteer Boards of Directors and committees, and experience working in community not-for-profit organizations is desirable.

*Solid track record of experience in physician practice management.
