Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team to help in the development of a growing NICU.Join a dynamic team with true colleagues committed to transparency and support, comprised of a dedicated team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, focused on delivering state-of-the-art, innovative neonatal care where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront. Envision Physician Services is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant (NICU exp or completed a NICU PA Residency) to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services.

Opportunity Details: Staffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists, 3 NNP/PAs

Schedule: Consecutive day shifts to optimize continuity of care Clinical Coverage includes: Attendance at high-risk deliveries Level III NICU patients Facility Information: Wellington Regional Medical Center (Level III) 2022 Deliveries: 2,876 26 - Bed NICU Qualifications: Independent, autonomous, and strong clinical decision-making skills Strong NICU experience and skill set Self-confident Team player with family focused attitude
