TCNP meeting 10/22: Candidates Forum for Nurses

In just a few months the issue of NPs prescribing controlled substances, initiating Baker Acts and APRNs having full practice authority in Florida will be coming before our senators and representatives for a vote again. NOW is the time to educate them and gain their support! One way to do this is to attend meetings like our forum on Oct 22 at the Kane Center. We encourage every nurse to attend this meeting and help to make this a reality for Florida in 2015.

EVERYONE is encouraged to attend- all advanced practice nurses (NP, CNM, CRNA, CNS), physician assistants, nurses.

By some estimates, 1 in every 45 voters is a nurse. Together we can truly make a difference on issues that matter to our profession and the people of Florida!
