Dr. Wilson is dually certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with board-certification in advanced diabetes management and Lifestyle Medicine. She is a Clinical Professor, Graduate Program, College of Nursing, FSU/Tallahassee. She served as the AANP Florida (North) State Liaison (2022-2024), FNPN Region 1 Director (2018 – 2023), and now FNPN’s Capital Liaison supporting legislative efforts in Tallahassee. She is an AANP Fellow, a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Practice (FNAP); and invited for 2-year (2024 - 2026) appointment for the Florida Center for Nursing's inaugural Wellbeing Advisory Board for nurses’ wellbeing.
