Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued after September 1, 2018

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations require written notification to NPCPBC at npcouncilpbc@gmail.com. Please Note: If you cancel your conference registration please cancel your housing reservation.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event NPCPBC should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the NPCPBC  2017 Annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond NPCPBC's control, NPCPBC's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees (minus any legal, hotel, administraitive fees that may be necessary) that are paid to NPCPBC.

Refunds: Refunds on paid registrations will be issued for written cancellation requests received, via email, no later than midnight August 31, 2018. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration minus a $50 administrative fee or a $25 administrative fee for a student/retired registration. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, September 1, 2018.

Returned Checks: An administrative fee of $50 will be charged for all checks returned to NPCPBC for insufficient funds.

No Shows: If you do not cancel in writing to NPCPBC and do not attend, you still are responsible for payment.
