Error in announcement regarding DNRO info sent previously

The Board of Nursing apologizes for sending out erroneous information on the new DNRO form which was mistakenly shared. The form that was shared is still in the rule making process and and we are told a hearing has been requested.  The current form is still in use. DO NOT use the form that we shared with you.
